Join us for an unforgettable weekend of movement, flow, and community at Breddas Wakepark, led by world-class movers Tim Shieff and Alpaca Flow! Whether you're new to rope flow or already have some experience, this immersion will help you unlock new levels of rhythm, coordination, and creativity.
Throughout the weekend, youâll dive into guided rope flow sessions, playful exploration, and breathwork to tap into your flow state. Expect hands-on coaching, a supportive environment, and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself while having fun.
But this camp is more than just movement! Set at the beautiful Breddas Wakepark, youâll have access to stunning surroundings and plenty of activities to enjoy outside of the sessions. Take a dip, try wakeboarding, or just chill by the water and connect with other flow enthusiasts.
