Play Flow Grow - Primal Fun

What can I expect?

We hosted the first Play Flow Grow Camp for adults in 2021. We realised that grown-ups today is in grave need of being in the nature, to play, feel connections and challenge themselves. We want to help you find your way back into the flow of life!

We ensure you lots of laughs, new bonds, good food, important conversations, relaxation, personal development and challenges, both mental and physical.

Thursday:

14.00 drop-in (Wakeboard and free-play, explore the area, settle in)

18.00 Welcome, games (dinner, introduction, sharing, sauna, hot-bath)

21.30 Relaxing activity before good night

08.00-09.00 Yoga or Pilates

09.00-10.00 Breakfast

10.30-12.00 Ninja School - prepare to fail!

12.00-13.00 Lunch - Sensational Dining

14.00-16.00 Jungle Adventure

17.30-18.30 Dinner

18.30- 22.00 Wakeboard, beachvolley, free-play, hot-tub, sauna, music and dance/playfighting
