What can I expect?
We hosted the first Play Flow Grow Camp for adults in 2021. We realised that grown-ups today is in grave need of being in the nature, to play, feel connections and challenge themselves. We want to help you find your way back into the flow of life!
This year we arrange a mixed camp for both Men, Women and everything in between! "The Grmelin Society" is guesting and will teach workshops of acroyoga!
Price: 2900SEK/pp friday-sunday
6 meals, 1 bed and a PFG T-shirt is included.
We ensure you lots of laughs, new bonds, good food, important conversations, relaxation, personal development and challenges, both mental and physical.

17.00 drop-in (Wakeboard and free-play, explore the area, settle in)
18.00 Welcome, games (dinner, introduction, sauna, hot-bath)

10.30-12.00 Ninja School - prepare to fail!
